The crew on the HeaveeWeight had problems from the start -- BigDaddy had brought food for everyone and somebody had put in it in the live well which was inadvertently turned on on our run offshore towards the Fowey area -- even though the food got soaked, Adrian (FES) made the best of teh situation...

As we made it offshore, tournament boats got their baits ready and their kites in the air in order to be ready for the 8:00AM lines in...

8:00AM - Lines in!!! - The fishing was underway!!!

As the crew on the HeaveeWeight took a break from taking photos and video, we threw some lines (conventional, as well as, yoyos) into the water. The excitement of the day came as Adrian (FES) hooked up to a "ghost" lobster trap, and Ovi caught a 3 ounce grouper on a yoyo. The crew got somewhat bored, BigDaddy danced the the disco music of "Grease", some slept, and some passed out from too much alcohol :)

Finally, it was time to head in and see how the anglers had fared for the first fishing day...
